I have been a counselor for 9 years and have been working with teens, adults, and families for over 20 years. I have experience helping people struggling with stress, anxiety, depression, OCD, family dynamics, ADHD &  executive function, trauma, motivation, and self confidence. 

I specialize in providing affirming and inclusive support through individual counseling and family counseling for the LGBTQ and neurodiverse communities. I strive to create a welcoming and safe space where clients can explore their unique identities, experiences, and challenges without fear of judgment  or discrimination.

We provide both individual counseling and family counseling.
